Rubenshuis

For the new reception area of the Rubens House in Antwerp, Robbrecht and Daem architects went in search of a ceiling solution that seamlessly combined aesthetics, acoustics and technology. Interalu - LCC-Plafonds delivered that custom solution, working closely with main contractor BAM Interbuild.

In the brand new reception building, which includes a museum shop, digital Rubens Experience and scientific library, LCC-Plafonds installed two types of metal ceilings.

In the public areas, the acoustically performant SAPPceilings® was chosen. In areas with fewer visitors, such as the lockers and administrative areas, CL ceilings were chosen.

Our ceilings not only contribute to the visual whole, but also provide pleasant acoustics and easy access to integrated technologies. Moreover, they are sustainably produced with green energy - perfectly matching the vision of the project.
